Educational Video Series

The NLITN library includes over 10 concise educational videos, each about 30 seconds long, designed to deliver practical insights into neurosurgical access, safety principles, and device use. These videos complement Phasor’s First Time User resources, providing efficient, visual learning for surgical trainees and experienced practitioners alike.

Topics covered include:

Resident and Fellowship Training Support

Phasor proudly supports Neurosurgery Boot Camp programs and first-year neurosurgery resident education across the United States. These initiatives are developed in partnership with SUN (Society of University Neurosurgeons) and similar organizations, offering early exposure to advanced cranial and spinal access systems.

Training sessions feature:

  • Practical demonstrations of disposable power drill systems
  • Safety training on anti-plunge and depth-control mechanisms
  • Introduction to various indications involving drillingFaculty-guided collaborative sessions at national Boot Camps and workshops

Phasor’s mission is to make every first (and subsequent) encounter with neurosurgical technology safe, intuitive, and educational.

Academic and Professional Partnerships

Phasor Health is an active supporter and exhibitor at major neurosurgical and orthopedic organizations, including:

  • CNS: Congress of Neurological Surgeons
  • AANS: American Association of Neurological Surgeons
  • SUN: Society of University Neurosurgeons
  • State and regional neurosurgical societies across the U.S.
  • NASS: North American Spine Society
  • OTA: Orthopedic Trauma Association

These collaborations ensure continuous engagement with the broader neurosurgical community and alignment with evolving educational standards.

Supporting the Neurosurgical Community

Beyond training, Phasor participates in educational outreach programs designed to inspire and equip the next generation of neurosurgeons. Past initiatives include free educational book giveaways for residents and medical students, offered in partnership with Thieme, one of the leading publishers in neurosurgical literature, to disseminate “pearls” of practical and applicable wisdom.

Through NLITN, Phasor continues to promote accessible learning, academic collaboration, and technological excellence in neurosurgery worldwide.
